To purchase a Snoo and all the necessary linens ($2500) for a maximum of 6 months use doesn’t make sense for many households. Renting allows you to get the tremendous benefits of using the Snoo Smart Sleeper until your baby outgrows the need for it!

Rent with piece of mind! If you or your baby are not happy with the SNOO within 28 days from the date of delivery, Prairie Baby will refund any payment provided beyond a one month rental ($200 plus processing fees). 

Unfortunately Prairie Baby can only guarantee the Snoo for the dates that have been selected for each rental. However, if there is availability we would be happy to extend. Please contact us at hello@prairiebabyrentalco.ca to inquire.

In the event of an extension, prior month(s) payments will not be prorated into an extension.

Ex) 1 Month rental extended to 6 months is 1 month at $200, 5 months at $175 per month, instead of 6 months at $150 per month.

Cleaning and Sanitization 

All of our Snoo’s are washed with baby friendly soap and sanitized with steam (no chemicals).

All linens are laundered with clear organic scent free baby detergent.

Payment in full is taken at the time of booking to fully reserve your Snoo. In the event of cancellation, a one month rental will be charged plus a 3% processing fee. The remaining amount will be refunded back to your card. 

Prairie Baby rents to Winnipeg and the surrounding areas. Delivery and pickup is free within Winnipeg’s city limits. A delivery and pickup fee may be applied to locations outside of Winnipeg. 

Prairie Baby will get in touch you via email 1-2 weeks before your rental date to arrange a drop off time on or before your selected rental date.

Pickup will also be arranged via email and scheduled on or after your selected rental date period.

Machine wash on delicate cycle, tumble dry on low heat for all Snoo sleep sacks and sheets. 

Use a damp cloth with a small amount of clear, baby friendly soap to address any soiled areas on the mesh fabric of the bassinet. 

All rentals must be returned in their original condition. 

If items are found to be damaged, renters will pay the cost for repair, or pay the retail price to replace the item(s). 

Due to renting newborn products, Prairie Baby has a strict no smoking policy. We will not rent to households that smoke cigarettes/tabacco, cannabis and vape products inside their home. 

Items returned with the scent of any smoke products will be subject to the full retail cost to replace the item(s).

The SNOO smart sleeper is a responsive bassinet that soothes your infant using automated gentle rocking and white noise all while keeping them safely swaddled on their back. (Stomach sleeping is associated with a higher risk of infant death)  

The SNOO is constantly responding to your baby’s movements by adjusting speed in an attempt to soothe them back to sleep. Connect to the SNOO app to view sleep reports and manually control the bassinet if desired. 

The SNOO is FDA approved in the USA as a medical device. The SNOO is the first and only FDA approved infant sleep system.

1 Week – $100

1-2 Months – $200/month

3-5 Months – $175/month

6 Months – $150/month

1 – Select the dates you would like to rent on our booking calendar

2 – Review and accept terms and conditions

3 – Checkout to complete the rental purchase

4 – Receive an order confirmation email

5 – PBRC will follow up via email within 48 hours which will include your rental and liability agreement to be signed and sent back

6 – PBRC will confirm receipt of the signed rental and liability agreement and include information regarding delivery date and time

7 – PBRC will email you to confirm the drop off date and time 

8 – PBRC will drop off your rental

9 – PBRC will reach out to you nearing the end of your rental period to arrange pickup
