By accessing or using our website and renting our products, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with renting our products.

1. Rental Agreement

1.1 Eligibility: By renting our baby products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

1.2 Rental Period: The rental period begins on the date you receive the product and ends on the date you return it to us, as specified in your order. Extensions may be possible upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

1.3 Product Availability: Our product inventory is subject to availability. While we strive to fulfill all orders, we reserve the right to cancel or modify any order due to stock limitations. In such cases, we will notify you and provide alternative options or a refund.

2. Rental Process

2.1 Booking: To rent a baby product, you must place an order through our website. By placing an order, you confirm that all the information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.2 Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required for certain rental products. This deposit will be refunded upon the satisfactory return of the product, minus any applicable fees or damages.

2.3 Product Condition: We ensure that all our rental products are clean, well-maintained, and in proper working condition before they are rented out. It is your responsibility to inspect the product upon receipt and notify us immediately of any defects or issues.

2.4 Product Use: You agree to use our rental products solely for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions or guidelines provided. Misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications of the product may result in additional charges or the termination of the rental agreement.

2.5 Return: At the end of the rental period, you must return the product in the same condition as when received, normal wear and tear expected. Late returns may be subject to additional charges. Please refer to our website for return instructions.

2.6 Cancellation: A fee of $200 plus GST and processing fees will be charged if the rental agreement is terminated by the rentee prior to the start of the rental agreement period.  

3. Fees and Payments

3.1 Rental Fees: Rental fees are specified on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. The rental fee covers the specified rental period and includes delivery and pickup within Winnipeg.

3.2 Delivery and Pickup: Delivery services are included in the rental fees for renters within city limits of Winnipeg. Additional delivery and pickup fees will be communicated to the rentee if located outside of the Winnipeg city limits. 

3.3 Damages and Cleaning Fees: You are responsible for any damages, loss, or theft of the rental product during the rental period. Excessive cleaning requirements may also result in additional fees. We reserve the right to charge your provided payment method for any such fees.

4. Liability and Indemnification

4.1 Limitation of Liability: Prairie Baby Rental Corporation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our rental products, except where prohibited by law.

4.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Prairie Baby Rental Corporation and its affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use or misuse of our rental products.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1 Privacy: We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Modifications and Termination

6.1 Modification: Prairie Baby Rental Co. reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

6.2 Termination: We may terminate your access to our services or suspend your rental privileges if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any fraudulent or abusive behavior.
